A la carte

Our à la carte menu returns April 4th. Open Fridays and Saturdays 18.00-20.00. On other days, we serve a set three-course menu. Please contact reception for the current menu and reservations.

Our menu has many local elements, such as meat from Siljans Chark and the cultural heritage plant Rättviksärt (a grey pie from the neighboring town Rättvik). You are welcome to book a table to secure the seats for your dinner experience. Please contact the reception desk for questions about table reservations.

Lightly smoked salmon tartare

served with wild garlic mayo, green tomatoes, radish and crispy potato

Poached white asparagus

with Hansjö Gulla cheese, poppy seeds, lardo and lemon-pickled onion

Main courses

Poached haddock

with cauliflower purée, nettle sauce, soy and king oyster mushroom

Grilled entrecôte

with watercress and tarragon emulsion, cured tomatoes, parsley root and broccoli

Caramel bavaroise

with violet, liquorice and lemon

White chocolate mousse

with rhubarb, elderflower and green pepper meringue
