As proud members of Taste of Dalarna, we love local food ...
That is why we have chosen to work with Swedish food producers, preferably from Dalarna and its surroundings. All our beef comes from farms in Dalarna and the surrounding area and is produced responsibly. We love Swedish vegetables and vary the menu according to availability and season. We also love being able to buy ingredients from people we know and have created good friendships with.
With this approach, our menu can change at any time. Some dishes may only be available for a short period. Others may disappear and come back another week. It all depends on the availability of our producers. But it’s worth it because our collaboration with our producers ensures that only the best they have to offer is served on your plate. We aim to create a sustainable and flavorsome menu that preserves the craftsmanship that all our farmers out in Sweden create for us. And as the icing on the cake, we spice it up with flavours from around the world.
